Terms and Condition

Terms and condition 2021-2022 Payments should be made at least one month in advance prior to starting lessons.  A £50 refundable deposit must be paid for each child on the day of registration (in addition to a minimum of one month in advance for lessons). The deposit will be returned when the parent decide to withdraw their child from our centre and give us at least TWO-WEEK NOTICE.  A £10 admission fee must be paid for each child on the day of registration. Individual lesson cancellations  If you wish to change an individual lesson, then you must give a minimum of 24hrs notice to the centre.  If the centre does not receive a 24-HOUR NOTICE then the full cost of individual lesson will need to be paid, regardless of the reason of the cancellation.  A catch-up lesson must be arranged for any missed lessons.  Missed classes/hours may be covered during weeks/days/Easter/summer/mid-term holidays.  A-Level lessons are not allowed to be cancelled, nor are there any catch-up lessons for them. Changing subjects or time slots or in case of leaving Merit Tutors At least TWO WEEKS NOTICE will be required if you wish to change subjects or time slots (which depends on lesson availability) or leave Merit Tutors. Discounts A sliding scale of discount is available as follows:  A 10% discount is available if you pay 3 months in advance.  A 15% discount is available if you pay 6 months in advance.
